Re the shake: just go to the aisle where they have the shakes and look for the one which boldly states 30gm protein. It comes in chocolate and vanilla flavors. I think it tastes pretty good - I use the chocolate flavored one. It costs about $24 for 18 cartons all pre-mixed so you don't have to blend it.

LOL! Yes indeed it is added to the eggs. BTW, it is fried lightly with the onions, etc before adding the eggs.
Adding them to the shake would be gross.
