I can't remember her name but there was a wonderful woman at strosniders in Bethesda who helped us pick out colors. We brought in small samples of stuff we had available (extra piece of cabinet, countertop, tile, etc) and she chose the BEST color. I believe she also comes out to people's houses.

Do NOT do an online color consultant!! A real consult involves someone being in your space and showing you actual colors versus on-screen colors. I'd also not recommend a paint store employee because they aren't really designers.

Most designers who consult will do this.
