I've never heard of sour tangerines, but for lemons, I like to slice them translucent-thin, and put them on top of any kind of fish that I'm grilling or baking.
I also like them on top of chicken cutlets (pounded, floured, then sauteed both sides and served with a butter/lemon/pan-dripping sauce).

Just find a recipe that calls for lemon. Fish or chicken is always easy, or google something for red meat and lemon.

Husband took home a box of sour tangerines from Giant the other day - they taste like lemon.

I'm having a hard time finding a good recipe to put some of these to use. Any suggestions?
