In my experience SG doesn't negotiate so thier printed prices are what you pay for IVF.

That said, I did negotiate the price for assisted hatching there.

Same here. $20K for the shared risk without icsi (add $2000 if you need it). The drugs were roughly $8000 for two cycles. We ended up with a singleton pregnancy after the second cycle so we basically broke even.

Just a tip. Our second cycle was going to be late Jan but I had SGF put in the drug order and had them all delivered in Dec because I was then able to add them to my income tax deductions. At the time you could write off anything above 7.5% of your Gross income (now 10%). Since my husband and I were not married yet it was easy to meet the 7.5% and I ended up getting around $9000 back since I had $32,000 in medical deductions the year we did IVF. It basically paid for all the drugs in the end. Whenever you decide to get started if you are close to the end of the year it may be worth waiting an extra month if you can get all your medical expenses into the same year.

We are now back at SGF but this time we are married and on the husbands insurance that covers 3 cycles at 100%. It still has cost us just over $2000 since we had to pay to freeze an embryo (included in shared risk) and several copays. So far we have done 2 cycles and I am currently 10 weeks so we shall see if 2 cycles is my lucky number.

The basics are actually all listed on their website. You should check there first. Of course, a lot will depend upon your situation and remember they do have access to financing.

SG has a financial brochure that lays out everything in a very easy to read/digest format. Just get one of those.

+1 but not pregnant yet. I'm on my first embryo transfer after a failed first cycle. I think the math works if you need more than two fresh cycles or a fresh cycle and a number of FETs.
