Just freeze them...take out and use for egg and cheese sandwiches. They freeze and thaw really well.

You take some pound cake or sponge cake (biscuits? No.). Lay it in the bottom of a glass bowl and pour a bunch of sherry on top. A little smear of jam, too, if you are of a mind. Then fruit--my granny used canned fruit cocktail but I'll allow a berry mix to update it a little. Next, a layer of chilled custard. Then whipped cream. Top with grated chocolate. Let it sit in the fridge for a few hours before you serve it. Die of pleasure.

What's a trifle?

I toast my leftover breads and then grind to make bread crumbs. Awesome for cooking.

I split them, butter the inside, fry in a skillet butter-side-down until golden, and serve topped with fresh strawberries or home-canned peaches and whipped cream. Not quite as good as fresh biscuits, but pretty damned good.

Alternatively - break into chunks, toast lightly in the oven, and turn into a trifle.

I made biscuits yesterday, and as much as I wanted to eat the whole batch, I thought it would be a bad idea So now there are leftovers, which never taste so great. What do I do with leftover biscuits?? Meatless, please. There's got to be something I can turn these into!
