Dr. Weil seems to think you can have yogurt a couple of times a week

But, I dunno, I am a skeptic about Weil - and about most of these sorts of integrative medicine health claims. Don't deprive yourself of things you like if you don't have to. What does your doctor say about you eating yogurt with your new diagnosis?

Hope you feel better!!

I don't know for sure, but I am on an anti-inflammatory diet & have eliminated all cow's milk, including yogurt. I assumed it wax off-limits.

I was diagnosed with endometriosis recently and have been trying to adjust my diet to an anti inflammatory diet. Its been hard because red meat, dairy, and junk food made up most of my diet before my diagnosis. I've managed to cut way down on milk itself fairly easily but greek yogurt has been harder...I like it as a good protein rich snack. I've read mixed opinions on yogurt's properties...no because it's dairy...yes because of probiotics. Does anybody know for sure?
