Beef stew in crockpot.

I lightly coat beef cubes in seasoned flour, then brown them in a bit of oil. I pour the browned beef into the crockpot, add cut up raw onions, potatoes, celery and carrots, then pour in 1 cup beef broth and 1/2 cup dry red wine. Simmer on low for about 5-6 hours. Delicious and so easy. Serve with bread and salad.

I was telling DH today I want to start doing Sunday crockpot meals that we can have leftover at least once during the week. Now that our 10 month old is becoming increasingly mobile, making dinner is a struggle. The other thread reminded me to ask, what are your tried and true crockpot recipes?

We like pioneer woman's drip beef sandwiches http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2010/02/drip-beef-two-ways/

These carnitas http://www.eatliverun.com/crock-pot-beef-carnitas-tacos/

And salsa chicken (chicken, jar salsa, taco seasoning) can be used many ways

Looking for more ideas. Thanks!
