It just so happens that I, like the OP of the other recent swimming thread, want to start swimming for exercise. I injured my foot and it is keeping me from running, my preferred method of exercise. I can swim, but not well enough for it to be good exercise. Based on searches here, it seems that I might benefit from a few sessions with a swim coach. I couldn't find any recommendations after a search of the archives, so I am wondering if anyone could recommend a swim coach who could work with me in northwest DC.
