That "Panty Sniffer". He normally plagues the Political Forum with his sodomy obsession. You guy can keep him in the College forum. He apparently hates Virginia, though he is a loony right-winger so you'd think it would be more his taste (at least outside Nova). Just use the "report" button to report his messages.
