Makes you wonder about the justice system -- how could a lawyer use a psychologist to testify without checking credentials, how could an opposing attorney not check credentials when considering how to challenge testimony and how could a judge even qualify a psychologist's testimony without presenting some kind of credentials?
Whatever court this happened in needs to take a serious look at the quality of its officers (judge and attorneys), it's not just MCPS that should be self-examining.
