If it tastes okay, it should be fine. But like PP said, it's basically vinegar once it's turned anyway. I hate wasting wine.

Yep - it helps if its a screwtop or you get a vacuum sealer. I keep wine for weeks that way.

Red wine opened a week ago, not refrigerated but re corked with a rubber stopper. Plan on using it for pot roast.
