Benjamin Moore's Sanctuary? Eddie Ross used it in a show house a few years back and I thought it looked really nice (though I'm not a purple fan at all!)

We just used BM's Grape Ice in DD's room. It's a lovely lavender. Very girl-y.

"Softer side" has some nice purples as do some of the other palletes.

I think BM Wish has purple undertones and it's really popular with decorators.

Or maybe more of a mauve - purple with grayish undertones. I do like PPs idea of a very light lavender though.

I did a super light lavender from Ben Moore, it was almost a neutral. Looked spectacular actually!

We're building a coastal Maine vacation home and my 3 year-old is insisting that her bedroom be painted purple. She actually told this to the construction crew when we visited this summer! Please recommend a purple that isn't Crayola bright... Perhaps something in the lavender family. Also, at home, we have a neutral taupe wall color and added pink accents (curtains, bedsheets, etc) and would consider a neutral with purple undertones too. We're doing everything in Benjamin Moore Aura if it matters
