Hey, OP, have you checked out Coabode? I haven't looked at it in a few years, but it's a single parent roomate site. Pretty great.

I have been kicking around the idea of seeing if there are any other single mom or dads out there who would be interested in renting a house in upper NW DC area. Just a thought and wanted to see if there are any takers. My son is just turning a year this month and is in child care in NW.
