I don't know about that. They weren't when houses cost $100k. It's more a factor of the value surge in housing. So maybe the new models are a good way to go -- if they succeed. I just asked whether the threads were spam or not. If they're not, OK.

Redfin seems to have some dedicated fans on this site. I see that one has made an appearance here. I haven't really noticed anything amiss with the posts other than that the Redfin proponents seem to be engaged in a religious war.

Also (I'm pp) the more people who use Redfin I agent whatever, the more it puts downward price pressure on that whole scam of an industry. There is no reason for agents to make 50k a transaction. It's a totally absurd fleecing of the public.
