We have two tanks and it is handy. We always refill at Strosnider's in Bethesda.

Uhaul on Randolph Rd, at Parklawn. And you only have to pay for the amount you fill.

Get a second one, so you can do the swap. Then you'll never be out, and you can go to any gas station or Home Depot.

Rather than exchanging our empty propane tanks, is there a place (preferably in southern MoCo) where we can refill the tank we already have? Once we've used up much of the propane, it's a guessing game as to whether or not we'll be able to grill our next meal.

I realize that we can get a second propane tank so that we can switch them out, and we are considering doing this. I'm just asking in case anyone knows of a gas station/hardware store/etc. where they will fill up your current propane tank.
