NP here. I did 1 and 2 with curtains from West Elm, grommet top. They are at least 1.5x the width of the window so I have extra width for fullness. Still, they never look nice like the ones done by professionals. We do use them often (pulling them open/closed). Is it possible to have nice looking FUNCTIONAL curtains, or do I just need to not use them for them to look good?
