I use about half of the meat one night for any number of things and then use the bones and remaining meat to make chicken noodle soup.

Make chicken pot pie with it. Almost always do this.
Or use it with a curry sauce and veggies for an Indian thing.

Sometimes we make rollups with it (chicken, avocado etc), sometimes we just add it to a salad.

How many ways do you use rotisserie chicken (or just roast chicken)? We eat it one night and make chicken quesadillas another night. I used to make a sauce, kind of like onion gravy if it was rotisserie chicken and gravy with the drippings of it was roast chicken that I made, and use it for a quick chicken pot pie.

What do you do?
