Add it to chili to thicken? Homemade tortillas? Pupusas? Not really less time-consuming, but definitely delicious!

I know, it's supposed to be for tamales. And DH and I both love tamales, but looking for alternatives that will take a little less time and still give us some of that yummy masa flavor.

Any other creative ideas for what we can do with masa other than the obvious?
