Loved the killing season 1 and some of 2. Are the ones on netflix the current season then?

Subject: The Killing Season 4
Has anyone seen it? I need something new to watch and remembered Season 4 is out on Netflix. I didn't exactly love seasons 1-3, but I liked the main actors and thought there were a few really good episodes here and there. Is this one worth watching?
