Its fine...

but an easy way to check... put a bit of milk in a glass and microwave ...
if it chunks up as it heats up, its gone bad.

Fine. Drink it reasonably quickly once opened.

I have a sensitive sense of smell, and can always tell by smell if the milk is bad or not without having to taste it.

It'll be fine. Milk stays good for some time at room temp.

Plus, it would taste awful LONG before it would make anyone sick.

PLUS, Horizon is usually ultra-pasteurized, so it takes a lot for it to go bad.

I left a carton of the Horizon milk on the counter (unopened) for close to 1.5 hour. Is it still safe? I guess I'll do a test taste tomorrow but wondering if anyone done this before? I hate to waste but worse if my kid gets sick.
