I would be more worried about this than the picture. I agree with PP, red flag.

I think it really depends on the person. Does he often post pictures of himself and someone else as a profile picture? I've noticed that friend collectors tend to rotate their "profile pic +1" pretty regularly, to prove to the world how social and awesome they are.

But if he's not one of those types, then it's probably a good sign. However, possessiveness is a very very very bad sign.

You might also check his previous profile pics to see if he has any of them with other women. If he does and there are a lot of different women, you might get an idea about what his deal is.

If you guys are not exclusive, there might be some other pissed off women in his life right now.

It is serious. I would talk to him about it though. Do you want it to be serious? If not, I wouldn't be too happy about what he did.

I think that he thinks that you are pretty serious.

A guy that I've been seeing for about a month posted a picture of us together as his profile pic. We aren't totally exclusive but neither of us is seeing other people. Does him doing so show how serious he is or am I over-thinking?
