Radishes have a much spicier flavor (generally) than jicama. And I love jicama, but it's mild, mild flavor tastes a lot like peas to me.

Use it in salads for a little crunch.

It's not something you serve as a side dish.

Yes to both. Agree with both you and PP - it does have a very mild taste, but the crunch is nice in a salad.

It doesn't taste like anything to me. It's like a flavor void. What's the point? Does it have a flavor when you eat it?
