whatever you do, go to Lotus of Siam. It's Thai and amazing. Call ahead just to be sure, but I think you'd be fine.

Most non buffets will be able to accommodate you just fine! And I had a great gf burger at Margaritaville... Dedicated fryer, too.

I'm sure that Las Vegas has a ton of places. I moved to DC from LA, where 95% of the population thinks they have celiac disease. Since Las Vegas gets tons of tourists from LA, I'm sure they've followed suit.

I know that that doesn't answer your question, but I just am saying, don't worry. (I'm also gluten free, btw)

We are going next week and my online search is only turning up places like Pf Changs. Anyone been recently and has some good meals? Ideally there would be some casual places and a nicer place or two. We are staying at Mandalay Bay but might have a rental car.
