A&D (near Mt Vernon Square) has a back room you can reserve for free that should fit about 30. You can order in sandwiches from Sundavitch.

Subject: Help! Happy hour in DC
I need to plan a happy hour for about 30 people somewhere on the Hill or downtown. Any thoughts on a good spot? For such a big group, should I call the bar in advance to reserve space? Thanks in advance for you help.
