If you're willing to go to Falls Church, check out Pizzeria Orso. It is very kid friendly but you can get amazing food (not just pizza). Seriously. It is our go-to place where we can eat well and our little one is happy. It is fine if he gets a little loud there.

In Bethesda, Jaleo or Mon Ami Gabi. Though Mon Ami is a little loud, so if the baby is sleeping, not so good. If crying, no problem.

Red Hen is child friendly. If you go early it is open seating and we've always been able to sit immediately.
