I bought a container of Cava brand hummus on Saturday. Kept it in my home fridge til Tuesday AM, when I brought it to work and put it in the work fridge. I know for a fact the power to our building has not been affected since then. I pulled out the container just now (still unopened) and it's kind of bulging, like it doesn't sit flat on it's bottom anymore. Any chance hummus does this naturally? Would you eat this?
I am 9 wks pg if that affects your decision. I'm leaning towards NOT, but maybe that's just because I'd prefer a slice of cafeteria pizza...
