Sounds good - it can be taken to the Nordic playgroup!

ikea meatballs don't go with tomato sauce.

Serve with egg noodles and a cream Swedish meatball sauce. Vege on side or put mushrooms and peas in the sauce if you want a 1 dish meal.

I usually make a mushroom, onion cream sauce, then cook meatballs in sauce (also works for pan-friend chicken). Serve over egg noodles and a side of roasted broccoli. If you couldn't tell already, my kids are on the skinny side so anything I can do to fatten them up!

What I often do is have all meat for one meal and all vegetables for another meal. So, we get balance through the day, not at each meal.

Microwave 'em. Douse with ketchup.

That's my recipe for Barbecue Meatballs.

I believe the only acceptable way to serve Swedish meatballs is with lingonberry jam.

Okay, I have a bag of frozen Ikea meatballs. How can I turn this into a meal? (If you don't like IKEA meatballs I get it)
