Ordering in pizza. DH has been gone for 2 weeks, and if I can avoid dishes, I am. Even if I hate pizza.

Roasted salmon with lemon. Sautéed zucchini and probably a tomato salad. Pretty much no effort except cutting the zuh and tomatoes.

I'm probably going to pick up some salmon. But I'm tempted by the idea of "breakfast for dinner." Yum!

Fridays are the worst for home cooked meals. Everyone's tired at the end of the week and the fridge is almost empty. I have leftover lentils from earlier this week so I'll order some butter chicken from our favorite Indian restaurant and make it a meal.

Pasta primavera-use one of those veggie bags from Safeway with brocoli, carrots and snap peas, steam quickly in a tiny bit of water, add heavy cream, parm, salt to taste and pinch of nutmeg. Boil pasta and add to sauce, warm in sauce until coated-easy.

It's rainy. Don't want to go out or order, but not feeling inspired. Would love to hear what you all are having for dinner!
