I have 30k and would like to use that money for a bigger house in 1-2 years. Maybe 3 years tops.
We currently own a house with a low interest rate (3.25). We have no other debt. Roths are fully funded. We have and additional 35k in a saving account for emergency fund.
Where should we put this money?
