Like an earlier poster, I, too, fail to understand the allure. I am in DC, have tried many, and only seem to find $10 sandwiches that defintely don't wow me. I could understand if they were cheap, really good or offering something different, but definitely have not seen that. Maybe it is like the Cupcake fad.

Do you frequent them? If so, which one? Would you visit them if they turned into a restaurant?
I'll start. I love RedHook Lobster truck, although pricey they have some delicious Connecticut rolls. Not sure if they would be profitable as a restaurant, but I would visit.
