Second the potato rolls suggestion. They actually have a bit more fiber than most of the ones sold as "wheat" or "multigrain."

I'm looking to start brown-bagging rather than paying to much to Potbelly and Cosi. Would love sandwiches on nice, soft onion rolls or something but am looking for something more healthful.
