St. E's parent here... LOVE the school. Amazing community, principal, teachers, etc, etc.... I like that the kids are together through 8th grade. You know all the kids and all the parents... education is top notch... couldn't be happier.

Hi OP. It was a family decision, not related to the school at all. We would have done private anywhere. But I have been happy with the differentiated instruction and curriculum flexibility at a private school.

OP here, thank you for your response. It seems like Stone Mill would be a great option, however I am used to the small, community-feel of being a part of a private school community and since we just moved here for work, I thought this would be helpful for our integrating into the community, etc. May I ask why you, too, chose private school?

I live in Stone Mill district but my kids to to private school. However, I've heard nothing but good things from neighborhood parents about Stone Mill. A strong principal. Not overcrowded.

We are new to the area and chose our school, St. Elizabeth, and then moved to the Stone Mill Elementary school zoned area. I would appreciate thoughts on both schools and would love it if someone had been to both and could compare the two.
