Why are you on this site? What parent of small children can possibly go out to dinner at such an early hour without kids (thus needing a babysitter at such an early hour) and then be gone for an unknowable amount of time? It may not be the right place for me (or anyone else employed, with children, without a nanny, between the ages of 28-48, etc.), but this isn't the right place for you.
I actually don't go, for exactly those reasons. But I don't whine about it when a successful business model isn't tailored made for my schedule.

Yes, thank you, I have and I'm used to making reservations. If there are lines out the door, I assumed that there isn't enough room at the bar to have a drink to wait.
