Agree on Hershey hotel. Not to be confused with Hershey lodge.

The marriott waterfront in baltimore has an indoor pool. What about a condo in Sea Colony in Bethany? Many units are available for weekend rentals in the off season. There is an indoor pool in Edgewater House and in the tennis community. In the fall, it is great- wear a sweatshirt at the beach during the day, play mini golf, walk around the shops. The weekend before Halloween has a fun family festival in town. We love fall down there!

We just came back, and the water park is very nice. We rented a private home at Homeaway, but we have also stayed in a hotel in Harrisonburg.

I was just at KingsMill. We had a great time but the indoor pool is pretty small and is mainly part of the gym (so lots of old people were there and I felt a bit self-conscious with my little kids). Also, it closes sometimes for exercise classes. So I wouldn't go there is using the pool was going to be a primary activity (but we loved going in the summer fyi).

Frederick? Lots of hotel chains there - one will certainly have an indoor pool. You can visit a farm and go apple picking and the town of Frederick is cute, too.

We had a great experience at Kingsmill but that was ten years ago. It has grown a lot since then - more family friendly from what I can tell on their web site (we are thinking of going in the fall too)

We usually do Lancaster but my older one said she did not want to go there again. Where can we find an indoor pool, a few activities for the kids, for a weekend this fall? I was thinking Lewes but can't find a hotel with an indoor pool. Then was thinking the omni bedford springs but it is sold out ever weekend. Was also thinking of salamander but not willing to pay 500 a night.
Any input on kingsmill or landsdowne? Anything outside Baltimore? The only places in Baltimore proper don't have an indoor pool. The Hyatt Chesapeake bay is also sold out most weekends.
Thanks.
