Not the person who posted this, but I don't think this is true. I know kids under the age of 5 with most of these names.

I know two 0-2 year olds named Rayan. Most people I know have slightly older kids 8-12 years old - names like Shaun, Kiran, Nayan.

Nope. Nalyn is a variant of Nalin. I know of a 8 year old Nalyn. Actually, the name is written in Sanskrit, so there is no one "correct" way to write in the English language.
