So you actually want to annoy or threaten people? You're even sadder than I thought. Big muscles on a woman aren't "threatening", they're disgusting.

- I want to be strong enough to lift things - suitcase, chest of drawers, children etc - without having to ask a man for help.
- I want to decrease my risk of osteoporosis - strength training (and adequate calcium) is one of the best known ways to do this.
- I want to reduce my risk of back injuries etc by strengthening my back.
- And I want to be in good physical shape, reducing my risk of heart disease, diabetes etc and overall improving my stamina and athletic ability.
