Heh, this always seems to assume that the job you want involves wearing more formal clothes. Lucky for me, the job I want involves ever-more casual clothes...

Sounds like a good choice. Not such a bad idea to be a little over dressed the first week or two while you get acclimated to the new environment. Then you will know what is appropriate attire there. Good luck and congrats on the new job!

Debating what to wear tomorrow. Office is pretty casual. Friend who already works there wears sandals nearly every day, to give you an idea. I'm coming in at a senior management level so need to look a little more put together.

Thinking I wear a nice suiting dress with a blazer (not a matching blazer, different color) with heels. What does everyone think?
