This totally depends on the context. I would not be surprised if the five-year old was asking about specific people or who daddy's friends were. That would not be strange at all.

So what? She's less likely to ask if he had sex with any of those girlfriends at five, then if he waited ten years. THEN it'd turn into an awkward conversation.

I guess it's just me but you seem to be reading way too much into it. Are there trust problems right now?

We recently went to my in-laws where DH grabbed his old HS yearbook. I came back from a walk earlier and DD, who's 5, proceeded to tell me teasingly that DH had just shown her his old girlfriends in his HS yearbook. She opened it again and started showing me, he then went on pointing girls out. Is this weird or just me?
