Sounds like they were negligent, not seeing the issue here.
It's not an issue, it's advice. Don't keep your 18 or over child on your insurance.

No. You reduce their discretionary income by making them use the allowance for repairs instead of for fun.

cost of having kids, once they are working full time they can pay. but you'll end up helping out until marriage with costs so high in this area.

It depends what her income is. If she has income and can afford to pay $50 every two weeks, then yes, she should definitely pay IF you want her to be a responsible driver/person. If you don't care about that, then no, she shouldn't pay anything at all.

my 20 year old was in a car accident and at fault. The repair cost 1500 so we will need deductible. Should she make pyments to me for 500.00, only pay half or just pay it myself. I feel she should pay all to learn responsibility. This morning she was distraught because she has no car. I said it is my car u are using and u r on my insurance
