I should clarify - not heavy, seriously breaded/fried ones. Baked with minimal fillers. Or you could do light (no mayo) jumbo lump crab "salad" type of thing.

I bought some green tomatoes yesterday because I was craving fried green tomatoes, but now I am blanking on what main dish to serve with them. All my ideas are fried, which seems a little gluttonous. Any suggestions for non-fried mains?
