What do you mean you found her there? Is she posting there herself? Or did someone post about her? If it's the latter, you have to question the credibility of someone that would post a person's identifying information on the internet like that.

The repeated story is she a stalker. Even if the relationship was casual or not even sexual, that she is emotionally disturbed and becomes obsessive. I am a single father. I have no time for that kind of bullshit, honestly.
