Who can and cannot pull off a white shirt with a black suit? That's a classic look. (white and black, not necessarily this shirt)

Jewel tone is less formal than neutral for these purposes. If the sides of the shirt are entirely covered by the jacket, then this is fine. Otherwise, if it were law firm interviewing, it would not be formal enough.

I really like this shirt but it is not a formal office wear shirt.

What kind of job is it? If you are interviewing as a personal trainer, maybe. Otherwise NO. You can do better. When is the interview? What type of job?
