I use the bags that come with pumps to take the air out. They are harder to find now. Then I write the amount, date, and what it is on the bag. This may not be necessary if you are doing all the same amount, but I cut some up for stirfry and make bags of different portions for different recipes.

Don't forget to date the package, whichever you do! I also use plastic sandwich bags.

Press and seal. Also usually freeze a few with marinade in ziplocs.

Press and seal is not foolproof however - defrost in a bowl in case of leakage.

I wrap each one in saran wrap, then foil, and then put them in a freezer bag. Probably not necessary, but in my mind it prevents that "freezer" taste.

We put them on parchment paper on a cookie sheet and freeze. When frozen, put in large ziplock bag. Saves on individual bags and they don't stick together

zZiplocks.
FYI: I buy a package of individually wrapped chicken breasts from Trader Joes - that way I can defrost as many as I'll use.

Resealable plastic sandwich bags. Turn one of the bags inside out and grab one chicken breast and fold the bag over the chicken and seal. Repeat for each chicken breast. Then put all the individual sealed bags of chicken into larger size plastic resealable bag to keep them together.

I bought chicken breast in bulk on sale and would like to freeze in individual portions. What is the best way to do this? What should I use?
