I like Bolognese sauce on it--the protein fills me up. For a very fast lunch or dinner, put half of a container of Trader Joes Turkey Bolognese (freeze section) on it with some Parmesan cheese. Yum.

I agree with 21:11. I would add toasted pine nuts and a few parmesan shreds to that list of goodies.

I usually just stir in some plain yogurt and s&p.
Sometimes, I add a little curry sauce from Trader Joes.

I used laughing cow light soft spreadable wedges. I just stir a couple into it until melts.

I like to simply dress mine in good olive oil, finely chopped fresh garlic and some sea salt and freshly ground pepper. Maybe throw in some chopped fresh greens such as basil, parsley, spinach or cilantro. I like to taste my spaghetti squash and find that sometimes a "sauce" just overpowers it and weighs it down.

Any suggestions for sauces that go well with spaghetti squash? It's my new favorite instead of pasta and it was great when I paired it with a simple tomato and goat cheese sauce, but with sun dried tomato pesto, not so much.
