I would also vote for Kellari (really like it, it's pretty, food's great and sounds the right price/feel) and either of the Rasikas.

I like the Hamilton but it's not that quiet. Usually can reserve a booth for privacy if needed.

Woodward Table is solid, Joe's Stone Crab has been popular, BLT is always a good choice (OMG popovers), Proof, Tosca, Equinox, Bombay Club, Rasika, Café du Parc.

I wouldn't take a summer intern to Chef Geoff's. In that neighborhood, maybe Del Friscos.

Central.

Just ate at Rasika West End -- delicious, nice, appropriate for a business lunch. But, obviously, Indian which may not appeal to all.

Woodward Table? A little less nice but still good.

Bibiana would be good on the Italian side, or Fiola (better/more expensive-- haven't tried Casa Luca)/

Central is another option.

I might not do Rasika, or any really ethnic foods, for a business lunch.

+2 for Kellari - it is definitely the place to be for business lunches, with good but not obnoxious service & a reasonable menu.

Or Rasika West if you don't mind being a bit more in foggy bottom.

Looking for nice restaurants to take prospective clients to lunch. I used to work downtown but it's been so long I just don't know. The Palm, Capitol Grill, Sam and Harry's (when it was there) I've been to and those would be too fancy. Looking for something still quite nice like the few I've been to such as Oceanaire, Bombay Club, etc. Preferably not too loud. Maybe an Italian one but these days I don't know which one.
