This. The sensation of something vibrating in his mouth actually helped him stop chewing and start actually brushing. I had avoided it for a long time because I thought the sensation would be too much but turned out to be just what he needed.

Subject: toothbrush for a chewer?
My young kid likes to bite vs. brush with the toothbrush and as a consequence the bristles come loose rather quickly.
I need something for a small mouth, oral motor issues, and can stand up to the chewing. Not sure if it exists.
