The changes I made:
Added garlic, chilli flakes, only two whole eggs but an additional three egg whites, a sausage patty chopped up, a piece of broiled chicken that was left over from yesterday that I chopped up, about half the cheese the recipe called for - the cheese was a combination of parmesan, romano and pepperjack - again because that is what we had in the fridge.
Would love to have others share low carb recipes that have worked for them.
Why would you even include a link to a recipe when you didn't follow it at all?

What is the protein/fat/carb ratio you are looking for, or are you trying to find recipes under a certain # of grams of carbs.
