I had them for years and switched 2 years ago because their customer service was so awful. Never again.

I've been having it for years. It is mostly fine, but the unlimited data tends to be very slow sometimes. I have actually been thinking about switching to ATT & Verizon because of the data issue. Again, its not too bad to the point where you can't use your phone, but it is extremely slow to respond sometimes

We switched to Tmobile from AT&T. I lived in a small AT&T dead zone (unofficial; just couldn't get any reception in my own house, inside-the-beltway suburb so it wasn't a rural issue) and it's been a non-issue with Tmobile so very happy.

Find someone who has it and try it in every location where you will regularly be. I know too many houses where it doesn't work inside the house, or only in one corner of it. In my house it only works when you're standing right on the front window. I have a friend who has it, and she could only use her phone in one corner of her kitchen. We both live in built up areas where coverall should be good. In my house, only Verizon and AT&T work in all areas.

I agree T-Mobile coverage is more spotty than the larger carriers. Rural coverage poorer also. If it covers where you want, fine.

Unlimited data will come with restrictions -- read the fine print.

They have metro coverage but its spottier than other carriers (some days I have a signal in metro center but often I don't-- I'd say I have signals about 1/3 of my red line commute).

We like it. Plan is 90 for two lines including all taxes for unlimited call and text, but min high speed data (2gb?) and unlimited lower speed data after that, (so basically unlimited data) however, I've never used the high speed one up yet despite high usage.
They do not have reception on the metro though, unless that's recently changed, and I think other carriers do?

Had it for years. It was fine. I have Verizon now because it has NFL Mobile. Got my first smart phone back in September and I think the plans are pricey but can't do anything about it for awhile.
