Well pp put it a little harsh, but I think this is what other pp was talking about when she said the only thing you have control over is how you choose to handle it. I agree with fake it til you make it. I did a clinical rotation at a fertility clinic and there were 2 pregnant nurses. They were VERY aware of how their pregnancy would impact the patients.
But the reality is that desk jobs aren't a huge part of the nursing world so they can't "hide them away" until after they give birth.
Nor should they. Pregnancy is a real thing and it's illegal.
