OP: I have done the blank stare, ignoring, changing subject but she still manages to bring this topic into conversation. We can be talking about how to make a blueberry pie and she will manage to push this topic into the conversation. I don't know what else to do and will be seeing her tomorrow. Dreading it.

Oh my. I would leave it alone. No good can come from arguing with her.

Please help. What can I say to SIL so she would shut the f... up about how smart her dd is because only the best egg and sperm were used to conceive her. She calls my dd slow because she was conceived the natural way. The conversation goes something like this. SIL: can you imagine how much smarter Einstein would have been had he been an IVF baby. I don't know why people don't just do IVF. Who knows where (my dd) will be in 20 years. Having kids the natural way is like the lottery (stupidity tax). All the while looking at me. I have had it am probably going to go crazy on her tomorrow.
